Privacy Policy

This policy covers stellarmediacollective.com, our phone line (941) 271-0670, and texts from that line. It is run by Stellar Media Collective LLC, Sarasota, Florida (“we”). Questions go to info@stellarmediacollective.com.

What we collect

• What you send us. Your name, business, email, phone number, website and message when you fill in a form; what you type to the assistant on this site; and what you say in a text.
• Calls. When you call (941) 271-0670 we log the number you called from, the caller name the phone network shows, and when and how long the call was.
• How you found us. The ad or link that first brought you here is kept in your own browser and sent along if you fill in a form.
• Site visits. Google Analytics counts pages viewed and the device and browser used. A Cloudflare check runs on our forms to stop bots.

How we use it

• To answer you, prepare an audit or proposal, and do the work you hire us for.
• To see which ads and pages bring in inquiries.
• To keep spam and fraud out.

We do not sell personal information.

Who helps us run it

These companies process information for us, only to provide their service: Vercel (hosting), Twilio (calls and texts), Resend (email), Cloudflare (the bot check), Google (analytics) and Anthropic (the site assistant and drafting help). Our own software, POROS, keeps the record of your inquiry.

When you work with us, the partner studios in our collective who work on your project see what they need for it: Dinko Design, Spark Digital and KNTXT Group.

To measure our own ads, we may send Google and Meta a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email and phone number when you become an inquiry. They can match it to an ad click; they cannot read it back.

Text messages

• We text you only if you ask us to: by ticking the texting box on a form, or by texting us first. Texts are about your inquiry and any call you book with us.
• Up to 4 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Texting is never required to work with us.
• We never sell your mobile number. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes, and your texting opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records stay while we might still be working together, and are deleted on request unless the law makes us keep them.

Your choices

Email info@stellarmediacollective.com to see, fix or delete what we hold about you. You can block Google Analytics with your browser or Google’s opt-out add-on. This site is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
